National Rail

Network Rail
Network Rail is the operator of Britain's rail infrastructure. Their mission is to maintain, improve and upgrade the railway fit for the 21st century. It is both the facilities manager and engineering company for Britains Railways. As well as the railways Network Rail owns and manages the major stations in the UK. The site offers information about the company, current and future projects and careers.

Operator of the Tyne and Wear Metro, the shields ferry between North and South Shields, monitors and subsidises public bus services in Tyne and Wear and promotes public transport in the Region.

Nottingham City Transport
Principal bus operator in Greater Nottingham, with over 300 buses providing a comprehensive network of services across the city, 7 days a week. Their Pathfinder and South Notts buses also travel beyond the city boundary to provide daily services between Nottingham and East Leake, Gotham, Loughborough, Newark and Southwell. Stanstead Express
Provides the fastest and most convenient way to and from Stansted Airport via London Liverpool Street, with trains departing every 15 or 30 minutes

Operates a fifty-station franchise running 225 km north to south across London from Bedford to Brighton through the Snow Hill tunnel. It is a significant commuter route and serves the airports at Gatwick and Luton. There are around 40 million passenger journeys on the system annually.
